February Meeting Night Update

Our meeting to be held on Tuesday 9th February will be our AGM. We will be offering for re-election you committee and updating you on club events and news for the coming year. If you wish to have something added to the agenda please contact me no later than Friday 5th February to ensure there is time to prepare.
Those of you that have been to previous AGM's will know we keep to a strict time limit and still manage to have a fun evening. There will be a light finger buffet after the AGM and we will conclude the evening with our Annual Pancake Tossing Competition seeing as it is Shrove Tuesday after all!
